First Light is a quiet, one to one space to recognise your own values and begin to live them with more ease.
No performance. No pressure. Just steady, grounded enquiry.

Session One - First Light Values, 90 minutes
We trace moments where you felt most like yourself, from early memories to today.
You leave with three to five First LIght values, and one value to gently anchor for the week.
Session Two - Living Your First Light, 60 minutes
We explore how your chosen value already shows up, how it feels when it is squeezed, and what tiny practices support it.
You leave with a simple constellation of qualities, one tiny practice, and a reflection line to carry forward.
You also receive simple worksheets so you can keep working with our values in your own time.
You do not need to arrive clear or calm.
You only need to arrive as you are.
Optional follow up Anchor Sessions and longer pathways are available after your complete First Light, if and when that feels right.
I am a facilitator and values guide with experience in self care, education systems, systems change and community work. My focus is on calm, practical clarity rather than big promises or performance. First Light grew out of years of listening to people who were overwhelmed by decision making and identity, and needed a quieter way to hear themselves again.
